Tour Highlights

Arrive at Colombo International Airport

Our arrival assistant will welcome with Sri Lankan hospitality and assist you for all needs in the airport. The chauffer will be introduced by the assistant. Transfer to hotel in Colombo.

Day 1 proceed to Colombo (Route :Katunayake-Colombo)

Colombo city excursion- full day (according to the arrival time Colombo city full or half excursion will be done)

Colombo is located in the west coast of the island. The city of Colombo offers historical monuments, colonial architecture, festivals and events, fine dining, and shopping. With so much to see, do, and experience in Colombo. Modern Colombo city has many reminders of its European colonial past. we have done all arrangements you may need to make your visit to Colombo a memorable and enjoyable one

National Museum

National Museum, which has a good collection of historical works, the Art Gallery, which focuses on portraiture and temporary exhibits by local artists, and the city’s many mosques and Buddhist and Hindu temples.

Gangaramaya Temple

Don Bastian (de Silva Jayasuriya Goonewardane, Mudaliyar), a famous 19th century shipping merchant who was looking for a suitable land to build a temple for the Matara Sri Dharmarama Thero, He bought a beautiful piece of land which belonged to three Moors, He filled and prepared the land at a great expense. The land bordered on two sides by the Moragoda Ela and the Pettigala Ela was used to build the temple, which was subsequently named the Padawthota Gangaramaya Viharaya. The Mudaliyar, with the assistance of the people built a great ‘Chaitya’ (Dagaba) of 30 Riyans

Dutch Reform Church

Dutch Reformed Church was introduced to Sri Lanka by the VOC with its First church ministrations held in Galle on 6th October, 1642, almost 360 years ago. Its consistory in Colombo was established in 1658 marking the beginning of protestant church or what they called ‘True Christian Reformed Church’ Subsequently, church councils were formed in Colombo.

Independence Square

Independence Commemoration Hall is located in the Independence Square known as one of the most prominent locations in Colombo. It is commonly used as a place where Sri Lankans get together in unity for significant national celebrations and cultural activities.

View of Parliament Complex at Kotte

The construction of the New Parliament at Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, where the palace of King Vikramabahu III’s powerful Prime Minister Nissaka Alakesvara was situated, began in 1979 and was completed in 1982. Mr. Geoffrey Bawa of Edward Reid and Begg was accepted as the architect and a Japanese consortium of 2 Mitsui Companies were contracted for the construction of the new building complex.

Galle Face Green

Galle Face Green is a beautiful stretch of land around 1/2km by the sea, that’s mostly used as a public walk way, located at the heart of Colombo. It’s situated right in front of the old Parliament of Sri Lanka and most of the best star class hotels are situated around it. Galle Face Green also boasts Colombo’s largest and most elegant promenade which is always bursting with activities in restaurant, bars, coffee shops and boutiques.

Day 02 proceed to Kandy (Route:Colombo-Pinawala-adugannawa-Peradaniya)


Sri Lanka’s hill capital, is situated 488 meters above sea level and in the center of the island and surrounded by the ranges of mountains. Kandy was established in the 14th century and became the nation’s capital in the 16th century. was the last capital of the Sinhala kings. Kandy is also known as mahanuwara, senkadagala pura. The name kandy comes from the word kanda which means mountais,it got this name because of the geographical location.

Pinawala Elephant Orphanage

Pinawala Elephant Orphanage was founded in 1975 by the Sri Lanka Wildlife Department. This 24 acres large elephant orphanage is a also breeding place for elephants, twenty elephants were born since 1984, and it has the greatest herd of elephants in the world.

Homemade pottery

Homemade pottery is one of the oldest living life styles in Kandy, you can find many home made pottery outlets in Kandy.

Hand made Sri Lankan Batiks

The word “batik” comes from Indonesians, and it means “printing in wax. Many Asian countries the art of decorating cloth in this way, using wax and dye, has been experienced for centuries.


On the way to Kandy you can take some beautiful photos in Kaduganawa, it has gorgeous sceneries, you can visit the Sri Lankan fruit shops where you can get verities of Sri Lanka’s famous fruits.

Royal Botanical Garden (Peradaniya)

The largest of the Botanical garden in Sri Lanka. Above 500m from sea level. A 147-acre garden with more than 5000 species of trees and plants, beautiful orchid house and spice section. There are also many species of birds found in the park
British rulers of Ceylon made the Peradeniya Botanic Gardens.

Temple of Tooth Relic

Also named Dalada Maligawa, is believed to house the left upper canine tooth of the Lord Buddha himself. A beautiful creation made in the 17th century, one of the most sacred places in Sri Lanka.

Kandy Cultural Dance

This is a well-known Kandy Cultural Program. This is one of the famous destinations in Kandy, Sri Lanka. It starts in the evening and runs for more than 1 hr. The skills of the traditional musicians of Kandy, their drums and dance is all very much entertaining. Also includes an eye catching fire show.

Day 03 Morning proceed to Nuwaraeliya(Route: Kandy-Nuwaraeliya)


The city Nuwara eliya has lot of nick names like city of light, city on the plain (table land, Little England, located at 1,868 m above sea level and is considered to be the most important location for Tea production in Sri Lanka. Nuwara eliya produces the best quality No 01 tea in the world. Nuwara Eliya was built during the 19th century and its architecture mimics that of an English country town, with red-brick walls.Nuwara eliya blessed with salubrious climate, spectacular views of valleys, meadows, mountains, waterfalls and greenery.

  • Ramboda ella falls-A gigantic waterfall (329 ft. ) a great scenery place for photographics
  • Lake Gregory is one of the key tourist attractions in Nuwara Eliya. It was built by the Governor William Gregory during 1872 – 1877 periods by utilizing the water from the Nanuoya which runs across the town. It is about 91.2 hectares in scope. It was believed to be used for water sports and for leisure activities during the British rule.
  • Walking distance from the town centre stretch over 90 acres, built in 1891, the 18 holes golf course is one of Nuwaraeliya’s prime attractions. It is reputed to be the only Golf Course where all the holes are visible from the Club House.
  • Galways land bird Sanctuary, a gorgeous land area spreading an extent of 57.6 hectares of land in Nuwara Eliya has been named as a Bird sanctuary in the year 1938. This bird sanctuary attracts about 20 species of very rare foreign birds and about 30 species of Sri Lankan birds. Most of the endemic bird species as well as migrant bird species could be seen at this sanctuary. In addition to the birds this park has important tree and species of both foreign and local.

3rd day Night out in Nuwaraeliya

Day 04 Morning Proceed to Horton Plains. (Route: Nuwaraeliya-Horton Plains)

Horton Plains National Park

Nuwaraeliya is the town base for visits to Horton Plains National Park. The journey from Nuwara-Eliya to Horton Plains only takes 1hour 15 minutes. Horton Plains National Park is the only Nations Park located in the hill country and the highest plateau in the country consisting of grassland spread with small area of forest, with some extraordinary high altitude plants and an outstanding excursion and a heaven for nature lovers, hikers and bird watching. The Plains are stunning, quiet.

Bakers Falls

Bakers Falls is one of the most eye catching places for visitors to Horton plains. It is situated 3kms away from the far in information centre which is at the entrance to the National Park. The foot path to the Bakers Falls lies through the misty, cold and grassy plains across narrow brooks, the bare foot walk gives a real delight when the feet touch the cold grass and water.


One of the main attraction of Horton Plains is World’s end. There is two Wordsend in Horton plains. “The small World’s end” and “The big World’s end” it is about 0.8km (1/2mile) apart from each other. From these, one could see the fall to the Tea states down bellow. A 1000ft(328m) drop from the small one and a dramatic 4000ft (1312m) drop from the big one. From here one could get a stunning view of the surrounding hills and the mountain ranges wreathed in mists and clouds and on clear days even the Indian ocean which is nearly 50 miles (81km) to the south is visible

4th day Night out Nuwaraeliya, Relax in Nuwaraeliya with its beauty and cool climate

Day 05 5th day proceed to Yala (Route: Nuwaraeliya-Yala)

Yala National Park

Yala National Park is the most visited national park of the island and the second largest National Park in Sri Lanka. Located Southern Province and Uva Province of the island. The park spreads 979 square kilometers (378 sq mi). Yala was named as a wildlife sanctuary in 1900, The annual temperature near sea level is 27C, although in the dry season a daily maximum of 37C is not rare. In the southeast, the Park is bounded by the sea. Gorgeous natural beaches and sand dunes provide beautiful surroundings. This is certainly one of the most fabulous views of Sri Lanka. The wide parklands that surround the lagoons offer visitors superb locations for viewing animals and bird life. park is home to leopards, crocodile, elephant, deer, sambar, bear, wild bore, wild buffalo and peacock and may varieties of birds including migratory birds such as flamingos.

5th day Night out Yala

6th day proceed to Colombo (Route: Yala-Gall-Colombo)
